rebelyell.com is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California state only. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects an estimation of taxes. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may differ slightly from the initial tax.

If you are a registered shopper, you can quickly check the status of your order by using the Login area of the site to view your order history and status.
When you place an order with rebelyell.com, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that includes the order number. Please retain this e-mail for your records.
Tracking Your Order Back To Top
As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with information on how to get your shipment and tracking details.
To track your order please visit our website and click on the Log In link. You will be able to get your UPS or USPS tracking number by logging in and clicking on your order number. Enter that number at either www.ups.com or www.usps.com to check status of your online order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.
Shipping And Delivery Back To Top
rebelyell.com offers shipping via USPS,& UPS for domestic delivery and international delivery. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday thru Friday). Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package.
• Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m. PST.
• Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays Excluded.
Please note: International shipments are subject to all applicable customs costs and restrictions.
Domestic orders shipped via USPS or UPS should arrive within 3-10 business days (both carriers take similar length to arrive to you). Packages can be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air within the continental United States for an additional charge. At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery service. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at the check out page for the type of shipping you choose.
Domestic Delivery Options
• UPS Next Day Air® - Guaranteed overnight delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day depending on destination
• UPS 2nd Day Air® - Guaranteed delivery to every address in the 50 states (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day
• UPS Ground - Guaranteed day-definite delivery to every address in the U.S. 50 states and Puerto Rico
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Please check back often though, as we are hoping to ship internationally soon.
Returns Back To Top
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
• All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number (see instructions below).
• All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
• The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original tags as well as in its original condition. Any and all items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or credit.
• We do not refund shipping charges.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items. Any and all sale items purchased on rebelyell.com are final sale.
• We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, email us at: service@rebelyell.com and let us know what style (s) you're interested in exchanging you're current merchandise for. If we have the item, we will hold it for you until your return is received. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria for an acceptable return (see above). Please make sure to note the exchange on the return form. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense.
Damaged/Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We will email you a UPS label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - as long as it hasn't been used, worn or washed. All tags must remain attached.
How Do I Ship The Items Back To rebelyell.com?
A Return Authorization (RA) number issued by rebelyell.com must accompany all returns. To obtain an RA number, e-mail us at: returns@rebelyell.com. Fill out the RA form that was included with your order and include it in the package. If you don't have a form, include a note with your RA#, name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. (Please note that being issued an RA number does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subject to inspection.) Ship the merchandise securely wrapped, pre-paid and insured to:

How Quickly Will My Return Be Processed?
Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notice when the credit has been issued. If you have an inquiry e-mail us at: service@rebelyell.com
May I Exchange My Purchase For A Different Style?
Yes, you may exchange your item for a different style or size. If your exchanged item is of greater value than the original item, then your original credit card will be charged the difference. If your exchanged item is of lesser value, your card will be credited for the difference.
Changes/Cancellations Back To Top
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email the us at: service@rebelyell.com. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy above and return your purchase once you have received it.
Out of Stock Items Back To Top
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will immediately notify you by e-mail. Any out-of-stock items will be removed from your order total and will be reflected in your shipping confirmation email (if you have provided an email address).

By registering on rebelyell.com, you will receive e-mail updates about once a month which will inform you of what's new and going on with us. If you wish to be removed from our e-mail blasts, simply remove yourself from the bottom of our e-mail blasts where it prompts you.
